I am new to the custom gifts. Where do I begin?

You may start by submitting a request for a free quote via our website, or email us directly and communicate with us the material, size, quantity and any design ideas for your customized items.

What is your minimum order?

In General, one is our minimum but gets expensive, so normally folks go with 100pcs per design.
Pieces price and MOQ are flexible by different items.

How much are your products?

We’re mainly supply custom made gift & premiums, there are few open designs to choose from and no stocks or over run items for sale. The prices shall varies from design, size, color, finish and quantity, please feel free to contact with us via sales@sjjgifts.com; sjjgifts@gmail.com.

How can I place my order?

Once you have provided written approval of your design you may place your order via email.

Will I be able to see what my customized gifts will look like before production?

Yes. We will provide a full-color digital artwork for your approval. This mock-up will include an artist's rendering of what your ordered items may look like as well as a breakdown of colors used in your design.

How long will it take to receive my goods?

From the time of artwork approval, you may expect to see your own gift items within 14-21 days.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
