Yes. We will provide a full-color digital artwork for your approval. This mock-up will include an artist's rendering of what your ordered items may look like as well as a breakdown of colors used in your design.
From the time of artwork approval, you may expect to see your own gift items within 14-21 days.
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
