Silkscreen printing is also named as solid color printing, each block or area with only one color involved. Silkscreen printed pin is the best solution for your designs with exact details in full order. The colors are PMS matching and can go all the way to edges of your lapel pin, no need of metal trim to separate colors.

Each color is silkscreen printed onto custom pins, dried and additional colors printed one at a time. The unit price will be increased only when the total colors over 5. The more colors, the more expensive because of the complexity of printing procedures. Recommend to add epoxy coating or lacquer to top of pins to keep the colors from fading and cracking.
