Stamped brass soft enamel pin is the most recognizable process for making lapel pins. It offers a phenomenal looking product for a price slightly less than the cloisonné or imitation hard enamel pins, while still have good quality, brilliant in color and provide an accurate detail of your design. Soft enamel colors are hand-filled to recessed area of the pins, and then baked at temperature of 160 degrees centigrade. You can choose to put a thin epoxy over the top of the badges and pins to keep the colors from fading and cracking, also have smooth surface of metal pins.

 

What is the difference between imitation hard enamel and soft enamel pins?

The biggest difference is the finished texture. Imitation hard enamel pins are flat and smooth, and soft enamel pins have raised metal edges.
